Helen Cooke, Founder and CEO of MyPlus, is recognised as one of the UK’s leading experts in disability employment; she is also an engaging keynote speaker. A wheelchair user herself following a spinal injury as a young child, Helen founded MyPlus with the vision of ensuring that having a disability wouldn’t prevent anyone from having the career they want to have. Through MyPlus Helen provides consulting, training and resources to enable organisations to be confident employing disabled individuals. Helen also works with universities to improve employment outcomes of disabled students. Clients include: BBC, BP, Enterprise Mobility, EY, JP Morgan and Linklaters. Helen is also behind the MyPlus Students’ Club award winning career advice website for disabled students. Helen is a SHAW TRUST Disability Power 100 List ‘Most influential UK disabled people’ regular; and a Cranfield University’s School of Management Woman to Watch for 2021.
