Neil is an experienced safety investigator and he’s conducted complex safety investigations across healthcare, maritime, land and air.
He joined us from the Military Air Accident Investigation Branch, after a 30-year career with the Royal Navy. Neil held a range of positions in the Royal Navy, including Lead Human Factors Instructor for aviation.
Neil’s specialisms cover safety management systems, risk management systems, quality management systems, and staff wellbeing and support.
He holds a professional registration with the Institute of Engineering and Technology, and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Leadership and Management, and the UK Psychological Trauma Society.
