Cindy Wu is the founder and President of Wellcare Co., Ltd., established in 1995 with her sister Jessica. For 30 years, Wellcare has focused on non-medicated solutions for well-being, serving customers across Europe, America, and Asia. Cindy champions the belief that "Good sleep is medicine," aiming to help individuals achieve quality sleep to reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Under her leadership, Wellcare promotes self-care with the motto: "Good sleep gains health, free from worries."

Cindy's extensive business management experience is strengthened by her studies at the University of Cambridge’s Strategic Technology Roadmapping program and Philips Electronics’ Innovative and R&D Management program in the Netherlands. She has 30 years of expertise across product development, manufacturing, sales, quality control, and marketing, excelling in global collaborations. As a senior member of the International Sleep Science Technology Association in Berlin, Cindy continues to promote Wellcare's philosophy of "care around you," including the upcoming plan of a new company in the Netherlands to support European collaborations.
