Frances O’Callaghan is Chief Executive Officer for NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB). Frances joined North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group as Accountable Officer in February 2020 and has worked in the NHS for over 20 years leading clinical services and in strategy roles.

Frances has worked in a wide variety of settings across London. In addition to executive positions within NHS Trusts, including acute and community, she was a Director in the Corporate Finance team at Price Waterhouse Coopers and has also worked as a director in an academic environment as part of the set up and early progress at Kings Health Partners.

Under the leadership of Frances, the North Central London Integrated Care Board sets the strategic direction and delivers improvements for the health and care system in North Central London (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, and Islington), alongside partners and working closely with our people and communities.
