Dr Sarah Dauncey

Research Fellow, Work, Employment and Organisation

Sarah is a new member of the SCER team (Scottish Centre for Employment Studies), focused on delivering the NIHR WISHES project to trial job crafting as a means of supporting the health, engagement, retention and productivity of workers with health conditions, disabilities or other workplace support needs. This work involves collaborating with disabled groups and individuals, employers, and key stakeholders to design and implement an impactful intervention that delivers positive outcomes for both employees and organisations.

Sarah is an experienced applied researcher and knowledge mobiliser, committed to designing and delivering research that achieves social impact. Over the past decade, she has worked for organisations including the Bridge Group, Working Families, and Timewise, undertaking research across a range of social, educational and employment themes, including rurality and geographical inequality, social mobility, part-time work, labour market equality, and workplace innovation.
