Gary has a proven record of success in school improvement and culture change. Having enjoyed two spells as Acting Headteacher at City Academy Norwich (CAN) and The Costello School, Gary is BET's 'Head of Virtual School'. Gary's role is focused on the improvement of outcomes for disadvantaged students across Bohunt Education Trust. The mission of the Virtual School is: every child; same chance. In his day to day role, Gary's mission is to ensure that all students, regardless of starting point, can develop the knowledge, skills and cultural capital that will enable them to achieve highly - through a curriculum that is challenging, engaging and appropriate.
