Sandra is a qualified and experienced Special Educational Needs Disability leader since 1996 with vast teaching, senior Leadership Team, and Headship of specials schools since 2012. During that time, Sandra has led on diversity and inclusion, behaviour, and managed multi-disciplinary staff teams. Sandra has worked in diverse and challenging primary and secondary settings in Inner out outer London.   

Sandra’s roles include Consultant Executive Head Teacher, Headteacher, Behaviour Consultant, Associate Principal, Ethnic Minority Co-ordinator, Equality and Diversity and Pastoral Lead. This gives Sandra the knowledge and experience to offer support and guidance to parents, families, pupils, and the whole business community.  Sandra’s passion is around inclusion and support for individuals with special educational needs.
