Iona’s background is in consumer research, working with major household brands to better understand the needs of their customers. Since February 2021, she has turned her attention to the education sector, heading up the research and marketing functions at Edurio. The two teams produce Edurio’s surveys, conduct analysis on the nationwide dataset, and produce reports highlighting the national picture across schools in England. Surveys include staff wellbeing and retention, equality, diversity and inclusion, and surveys covering the pupil and parent experience. Edurio’s latest research covers the parent experience, and in the summer they will be launching an updated report on the staff experience.
