Dr Pattani is the National Expert in Occupational Health for NHSE supporting the Growing Occupational Health and Wellbeing programme in the NHS. She is also President of the Society of Occupational Medicine and the Clinical Director for a large NHS Trust in Northwest London.

Her interests in Occupational Health include mental health, occupational skin and respiratory problems. She has a passion for developing universal access to occupational health for all those in work, those who want to work particularly those with chronic underlying health condition and disabilities supporting the ‘Improving lives: The future of Work, Health and Disability’
