Andrew Wealthall is Lifetime’s Commercial Development Director. He joined the company in 2020 and has the remit of generating awareness on the importance of financial wellbeing through employee benefit schemes.

Andrew’s career has been built on the success of building teams and retaining talent. He has over 25 years’ experience as a Senior People, Sales and Servicer Leader, driving the profitable operational and commercial management of a number of diverse brands.

He passionately believes that in today’s world of ever-changing challenges, doing the right thing for employees and every individual is crucial for future success and happiness. He is responsible for defining Lifetime’s financial wellbeing programme, which has been designed to ensure that financial education, guidance, support and advice is accessible for everyone.
