Becky Tasker is Programme Manager in the Diversity and Inclusion team at NHS Employers. Becky has over 20 years’ experience in human resources in the NHS. She has recently moved from working on medical pay and workforce issues into the equality and diversity space. The focus of her current work is on NHS Employers’ Disability Summit and its Diversity in Health and Care Partners Programme, both of which support organisations to create more inclusive workplace cultures, where difference is welcomed and celebrated.
