Steven Weeks is a Policy Adviser with the NHS employers organisation. He is part of the staff experience team which focusses on providing support on health and well being, staff experience and staff engagement. He also represents NHS Employers on the Staff Survey Advisory Group. He has worked for NHS Employers since 2006 and prior to this was a health service official with a NHS Trade Union.
