  • Looking across the four key inequality indicators pay, power, job security and the risk of harassment and discrimination the session will explore what the barriers to gender equal workplaces are.
  • Through BITC’s Who Cares? Research we will deep dive into the key role employers play in transforming the way we think about combining work and care.
  • This will all be presented in the current context of the cost of living crisis and through an intersectional lens.
