Ian Channon is the General Manager for the Directorate of Theatres and Critical Care at Wye Valley NHS Trust. He leads a diverse directorate encompassing theatres, anaesthetics, critical care, day case surgery, endoscopy, pre-operative assessment, chronic pain service, podiatric surgery and community dentistry for patients in Herefordshire & surrounding counties. 

He combines experience from clinical, scientific and military leadership roles within a collaborative leadership model to develop new ways of working, build high-performing teams and deliver transformational change that improves the quality and delivery of healthcare.
