Dr Tara Rampal is the Founder and Clinical Director of the multi award winning Kent and Medway Prehab Service. This is a pan- county multi organisation collaborative supporting Cancer patients to get fitter through physical and psychological support supported by Public Health and Cancer Alliance. 

She is passionate about the potential of digital tools in changing the healthcare landscape while supporting sustainability. Tara is a Consultant Anaesthetist with a keen interest in Population Health and is also leading a Senior Lecturer in Canterbury Christchurch University. 

She frequently publishes in International peer reviewed journals and is a strong advocate of user involvement in pathway designs. 

She enjoys playing cricket and involvement in community projects including volunteering as a School Governor in an Outstanding Kent School.
