Cherry joined Vanguard as Head of Clinical Practice and Services in March 2022, having been Regional Head of Urgent and Emergency Care operations at NHS Midlands. Cherry is responsible for all clinical services, clinical team members, day-to-day client contact through the Clinical Service Managers and Clinical Leads, clinical governance, and practice development.
