Caroline is the Elective Recovery Programme Manager for the Provider Collaborative , West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts ( WYAAT).  She is a pharmacist by background and has worked as a senior leader and Advanced Clinical Practitioner within the pharmacy arena for over 20 years. Her innovation and determination led to her being one of 12 female pharmacists listed in the first  ‘Women to Watch honour ’ created by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. 

Combining her clinical and operational knowledge has led her to develop a well-functioning team to meet the challenges of dealing with the COVID Backlog. A team which is championed as exemplary across  the Northeast and Yorkshire Region.
