Giulia joined Diversity Mark as their Head of Development in February 2026, leading their growth strategy and supporting Signatory organisations on their equity, diversity and inclusion journey. She joined from Macmillan Cancer Support, where she was Senior Corporate Business Development Manager and Chair of the organisation’s 150 member Neurodivergent Network. Her career also includes senior roles at the University of Warwick, BBC Global News, and the Press Association.
Neurodivergent herself, Giulia is a committed advocate for Neurodiversity and equity. She has also held multiple internal leadership roles championing colleague wellbeing, inclusive policy development and organisational culture transformation. Beyond her professional work, Giulia also volunteers with charity Neurodiversity in Business.
