Really enjoyed the event especially hearing from speakers about their personal lived experiences and key takeaways and recommendations for members of the LGBT+ community as well as allies. I learnt a lot, so thank you!

The event had a fantastic and engaging mix of speakers discussing both their lived experiences as members of the community in the workplace but also really practical advice and ideas for us to take forward into the important EDI work we are all engaging in at our various workplaces. The platform was very easy to use and the discussion board produced some really interesting connections and insights between the delegates in a safe and inclusive way - I have almost as many recommendations from them as from the speakers! Would definitely recommend this to anyone working within the EDI space who is looking for direction and strategy, based in ideas and initiatives that have worked in other organisations.

The conference was insightful and provided multiple opportunities for networking, discussion, and further thought. The variety of speakers was excellent, and their topics offered different approaches and schools of thought. Holding this event virtually was very convenient and I could participate from a location of my choosing that worked around my schedule.

A well run event which gave geographically diverse attendees from across the public and private sectors the opportunity to hear and interact with some amazing speakers.
