Aydogan or “Mem” is a Healthcare Sales Consultant at Ascom. Coming from a background in the supply of medicine and pharmaceuticals, he has a unique view of the NHS having worked with Primary and Secondary Care in commercial and clinical areas. He has worked on projects with Consultants to deliver improvements to local guidelines, service redesign and education for GPs.

Throughout his career, Aydogan has been a huge advocate for utilising technology to improve processes, capturing quality data that improve efficiencies and makes savings. Most importantly he has worked on multiple solutions to improve the patient and clinician’s experience.

Aydogan joined Ascom at the beginning of 2021 and is responsible for supporting Hospital trusts in improving their patients’ experience, patient flows, integration of disparate systems, reducing errors, and helping delivery of their digital transformation plans with Ascom’s wide range of clinical solutions.
