Cabella is a Chartered Physiotherapist, with a Masters Degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, who has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including the NHS, private practice and elite sport. Cabella has extensive experience combining clinical work with service design, development and clinical governance.

She has been a strong advocate of the physiotherapy profession and served on several committees of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, including as Vice-Chair of the Professional Practice and Service Delivery Committee. She is also a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Physiotherapists, and has served on their Executive Committee.

As Professional Head of Musculoskeletal Services, Cabella is leading the development of high quality, innovative solutions to proactively engage and support employees to improve their musculoskeletal health.
