Miriam Mukasa is a senior lecturer in ICTs and Global Development with a background in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems. She contributes to teaching across programmes in Education and communities and her research interests include implementation of digital innovations in organisations and digital inequality and social justice. Her recent research deconstructs concepts of development and transformation to encourage deeper understanding of processes of adoption embedding and use of digital technology and their impact on user capabilities within a global context. She is a fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.
