- Explore the vision for apprenticeships over the next decade including increasing the number of 16-19 year olds choosing apprenticeships and reducing the digital skills gap
- Analyse the impact of Covid-19 on apprenticeship demands, recruitment and delivery and ensure that each sector receives adequate support to adapt to the changes
- Tackle the digital skills shortage within apprenticeships by improving the quality and scope of programmes and training
- Understand the impact of EFSA’s 2020/21 package on apprenticeship funding and manage the uncertainty of Brexit through the use of current funding programmes like the apprenticeship levy
- Hear about the changes made to the NHS apprenticeship scheme before and during Covid-19 and the measures that were implemented to reassure apprentices throughout
- Develop frameworks to encourage apprenticeship participation from BAME individuals and foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
