Ian is a Professor of Higher Education in Learning & Teaching of Higher Education, a National Teaching Fellow and Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, who works at the University of Derby. I co-run two national communities of practice #DryLabsRealsScience and #RemoteForensicCSI and an experienced pedagogic researcher. Ian's specific research interests are around game based learning and using games as pedagogic tools in HE.
