Antoinette leads:  Safeguarding, attendance and behaviour across the Invictus Education Trust, supporting systems and processes to ensure we embed a safeguarding and care culture, where children feel school is a second tier of family and thrive and flourish due to care and nurture.

She has seventeen years experience within the education, safeguarding and wellbeing arena. Prior to her appointment at the Invictus Education Trust,  Antoinette worked in secondary education as an Assistant Headteacher where she had a strategic and operational role leading safeguarding, child protection, PSHE curriculum, Careers Lead and Mental Health Senior Leader. Her passion to support the best possible outcomes for children and young people is evident within her professional roles and outcomes, validated by Ofsted and partner professionals. Safeguarding and care is at the heartbeat of her everyday practice.

Antoinette also leads safeguarding across five Churches within the Methodist ministry and is proud to support the Church community.
