Harry is an award winning and motivated communicator and experienced advisor in equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). For over 15 years he has specialised in delivering effective engagement around EDI both within the public and volunteer sectors. In his most recent role in the Scottish Government he works to support health and social care staff from all protected characteristics to feel heard, seen and valued. He also has years of experience as a volunteer supporting LGBTI and race equality charities and networking. He currently sits on the Board of Waverley Care. Outside of work he is a published poet, writer and illustrator, delivering workshops on creative development.
