Jade joined Ambitious about Autism over 4 years ago to lead our Employ Autism programme, where employers are trained and supported to provide meaningful, paid experiences of work to autistic young people. Through this programme we are looking to change the system, making employment more accepting, understanding and inclusive of autism.

Jade has a long career in education and employment, working with businesses across the country to improve their practices in attracting and retaining young talent.
