Dominic is a father of Neuordiverse twin teenage boys. He is Co-Founder of Talent Leaders an Executive Search business in the Leadership, Tech and Digital Space. Dominic has also spent 6 years as a Non-Executive Director of CXK – Provider of Training, Career Advisory etc for disadvantaged Young Adults. He is also a Business Ambassador at Ambitious About Autism on the Employ Autism Scheme,  and has done some business advisory work with Neuropool and Neurodiversity In Business and is an active Neurodiversity Advocate.
