Laura is a Chartered Director and has had held roles in the private, public and not for profit sectors both in the UK and internationally. A key focus during her career has been on improving the quality of services for neurodivergent people, working with service users, local authorities, and health services to develop best practice. 

Her work with Scottish Government, policy influencers and the media support her in raising awareness of Neurodiversity. Laura is a parent to two neurodivergent children and is a published author in this field.
