Sonam Khan is a Chartered project professional and most of her career to date has been working for the UK Civil Service. She has a diverse background, working in various government departments on some of the most complex and high-profile priority areas such as Levelling Up, Global Health Security and Climate Change. In January 2023, Sonam was appointed as Chair of the Government Project Delivery Inclusion Network, a staff network for 16,000+ project professionals across government. Sonam is passionate about gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, leading various initiatives, including as a Community Organiser for ActionAid and a mentor for the award-winning Y’s Girls Mentor programme run by the YMCA. A recognised change-maker, Sonam was featured on the Northern Power Women FutureList 2023 and is a fellow of the Aspen Institute UK.
