Kirsten is a seasoned DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) expert with over 12 years of experience and has a personal perspective on the intersection of neurodiversity and menopause in the workplace. She originally began her career in software development, moved through tech and professional services, and eventually found her calling in DEI. At Accenture, she led impactful diversity programs, and as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Monzo Bank, Kirsten worked on neuro-inclusion while navigating her own ADHD diagnosis.

Now an independent DEI consultant and trainer, Kirsten continues to be passionate about neuro-inclusion and has recently designed her own training program, The NeuroInclusion Experience, to help organisations create spaces where diverse working and learning styles thrive. Kirsten prefers storytelling to bring authenticity to her work, encouraging audiences to think beyond traditional approaches in the workplace. In her upcoming talk, she’ll shed light on the often-overlooked intersection of neurodiversity and menopause and how we can all make a difference.
