Dan is the Founder and Chairperson of Neurodiversity in Business, a global charity that he founded in 2021 to support neurodivergent professionals and promote inclusive workplaces. 

As a neurodivergent leader and advocate, he is passionate about raising awareness and understanding of the strengths and challenges of neurodiversity, and empowering neurodivergent individuals to thrive in their careers.
