Charlie Hart (she/they) - also known as 'Ausome Charlie' - is a professional speaker specialising in neurodiversity inclusion and intersectionality. She is neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, Complex PTSD), bi/pan and gender non-conforming, and identifies as a 'Queer AuDHDer'. Charlie got through high school with undiagnosed autism and ADHD but floundered at university, facing barriers to education and career progression before finding her way into the technical side of HR and gaining CIPD qualifications through hybrid learning. With over 20 years' experience in HR analytics, Charlie pairs neurodivergent lived experience with sound knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and neurodiversity inclusion strategies to help employers, educators and policymakers develop understanding, compassion, respect, and psychological safety for all kinds of minds.
