Paola is Plan UK’s Policy and Advocacy Manager on UK Girls’ Rights. Paola has worked to advance equality and human rights throughout her career in a broad range of policy and influencing roles, including at the Children’s Rights Alliance, Equality and Human Rights Commission, the Law Society and the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants.
