Paolo has an established talent for delivering complex urban projects with a focus on society-wide impact through social analysis and governance, and has extensive experience in masterplanning, infrastructure, commercial and education projects. He has led project teams across the UK, France, Italy, and Albania, and in 2017, Paolo established the Grimshaw Paris studio.
