Louise is a Speech and Language Therapist with over ten years’ experience working with children and adults with speech, language, and social communication difficulties. She began her career working in residential schools for children and young adults with autism, implementing the PECS^® protocol over a 24-hour curriculum. Louise has had great success in supporting schools to embed the Pyramid Approach to Education^® across their whole curriculum, resulting in them gaining official certification from Pyramid. Since working for Pyramid Louise developed a greater interest in applied behaviour analysis and went on to achieve an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Therapy. She has a wealth of experience in working with individuals with communication difficulties and a passion for teaching functional skills within the curriculum.
