Francoise is the Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing for Acas and has over 20 years’ experience in the field of mental health from a clinical, academic, and strategic perspective. She currently takes the lead on enhancing Acas’ staff engagement and productivity through improved mental health and wellbeing, and works with external stakeholders to influence policy, debate and practice on workplace mental health.
In her previous role as Senior Adviser in Acas, Francoise worked across public and private sectors to develop and implement tailored, evidenced-based strategies to support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
With an MSc in Forensic Psychology, Francoise brings a unique perspective from an early career in the prison service and other criminal justice settings, working with high risk offenders with significant mental health difficulties.
Francoise is also a trained workplace mediator, and a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, with experience of coaching individuals and teams to improve performance.
