Hayley is the newly appointed Chief Executive of North West Housing Services (NWHS) returning to mainstream housing and bringing together her passion for social housing and social economy.

NWHS is a unique member owned business providing social housing agency services to housing cooperatives and small providers and has a proud heritage supporting community led social housing for almost 50 years.

Working in the sector for 30 years Hayley has a broad experience with specialism in development, regeneration and property management. Prior to joining NWHS Hayley was Managing Director of Starts with you an RSL subsidiary social enterprise leading the business from inception to become an influential partner in the Greater Manchester social economy. She is also Vice Chair of the Board and Property Committee Chair at Clwyd Alyn Housing Association in North Wales.
