Alan is an experienced, award-winning leader across the public and private sectors, with extensive expertise in highly challenging care environments including forensic and secure services. He holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and has completed the Developing Leaders Programme at the Windsor Leadership Trust. Alan is a qualified mental health nurse with a BSc in Health and Social Care, and is also an accredited coach, facilitator, workplace mediator, and action learning set facilitator.
