Lucie has played a key leadership role at Carr Manor Community School for 14 years and during this period was seconded to Wetherby High School as Headteacher between 2014-2020. Lucie is currently Principal at Carr Manor and has led both schools through successful Ofsted inspections along with leading and developing innovative strategies to improve outcomes for the children. Lucie is an expert in relational and restorative leadership, she is a dynamic and brave leader constantly challenging organisations to develop practice in order to respond to the needs of their community and to be creative and ambitious for all. Lucie works as an effective partner with local schools and organisations across the Leeds Learning Alliance including as a school improvement advisor and through mentoring school leaders.
