Presentation From Maybe*

Connect with consumers, reward them for their spend and invite them back.

For High Streets to evolve businesses need to be able to communicate with their customers. Maybe* provides Local Authorities and BIDs with easy to deploy tools that help local businesses connect with their customers both online and offline

  • Local Guides that provide virtual marketplaces, update in real-time and are maintenance-free. Each marketplace contains links to each local businesses' website, social media channels, physical location and opening times
  • Local Loyalty programs that reward customers for their spending in local businesses and across the region as a whole. This virtual loyalty program can be deployed by any High Street and it seamlessly connects consumers online activity and offline spend
  • Dynamic dashboards that enable Local Authorities and BIDs to see how their place is performing digitally, manage their local guides and administer their loyalty programs. From within the dashboard, clients can download customer data and upload campaign assets.

Maybe* empowers local High Street businesses with the tools and training they need to connect with consumers, reward them for their spend and be able to invite them back.

Is The High Street Missing The Female Factor?

85% of shopping is done by women, but they are virtually non-existent in our strategies to revive the High Street.

Research for a Masters Degree at the University College of London has brought to light evidence of factors affecting the High Street that has not been highlighted previously.  The theme of women and their central role in the recovery of physical retail will be explored.
