For the past decade, David has worked in national IT infrastructure programmes within the health sector, including NHS agencies, central government, and arm's-length bodies. 
 
The National Health Service has evolved over this time, and the breadth of programmes that David worked on has changed, from hospital risk reporting to the rollout of e-health records and onto the creation of the central digital portal www.nhs.uk 
 
David is Prince II practitioner qualified, DSDM practitioner qualified, and has completed and passed MSP.
