Richard is an experienced early years practitioner who has teaching and managerial experience within a variety of early years settings in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He has also worked as a reviewer for the National Childcare Accreditation Council in Australia. Richard's first degree was in Psychology (Otago, NZ). He then qualified with a Bachelors of Education and Diploma of Teaching (Otago, NZ). He also holds a MEd in Early Childhood Research (QUT, Australia).
