Leading on Social Care at the Northwest RSMP, Muhumuza is part of a team that provides strategic support to 24 Upper Tier Local Authorities in the North of England and other stakeholders across all sectors that deliver services to international inward migrants, or whose service is impacted by migration to develop a strategic approach to promoting the benefits of migration and minimising any adverse impacts thereof.
