Tomos Owen is Interim CEO at Oasis, a refugee and asylum support organisation based in Cardiff. He has held various roles at Oasis and began his work with the organisation as a Refugee Caseworker. Tomos has a legal background and specialised his academic studies in the area of Human Rights and Refugee & Asylum Law. 

Tomos is also the Chair of the Cardiff Amnesty International Group and works in this role to raise awareness and advocate for detained British-Iranian dual nationals in Iran, the rights of individuals in Myanmar, and improved conditions regarding excessive cellular confinement in UK prisons.
