Kathryn is the CEO of Solace, a specialist therapeutic organisation supporting refugees and asylum seekers across the Yorkshire and Humber region.  Prior to this Kathryn worked for Relate Mid Yorkshire and the British Red Cross in management roles so her current role at Solace brings together expertise in both refugee support and mental health.
