Jake Drummond joined the Cabinet Office in 2024, as Deputy Head of the Government Property Profession. A role which spans all departments and arms-length bodies, Jake is responsible for leading the drive to upskill, support, and help develop the careers of the government property workforce.

Jake is passionate about driving an ambitious Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda, ensuring all Profession work contributes to an inclusive, representative Property workforce.

Prior to joining the Office of Government Property, Jake was a senior leader in the MoJ property team, holding the posts of Chief Operating Officer and Property Director (South).
