Kate has been working in the roofing Industry for the last 20 years, holding various positions during that time ranging from administration to health and safety to business development manager to finance. Phoenix consortia specialises in all types of roofing and cladding in the UK refurbishment market serving a wide range of blue chip clients in the retail, hospitality, educational and healthcare sectors. Phoenix consortia is one of the few female owned and strongly female led businesses within the Industry. 

Alongside her role at Phoenix, she has been part of the Board of the Institute of Roofing for the last 8 years and she is proud to not only be a fellow of the Institute, but also the current Honorary Treasurer. 

Kate is also an active Director of Women in roofing - a non for profit group set up some 10 years ago to support equality, enhancement and progression within the roofing industry through events, networking and mentoring.
