Chloe has worked in the Construction industry from the age of 21, beginning as an administrator and moving quickly to an on-site role, realising a real passion for the built environment. She enrolled for further education in the evening, studying Construction and the Built Environment, and then Construction Management, while continuing to work on site and deliver construction projects. Chloe went on to attain professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Builders, graduating the Chartered Membership Programme in 2019. During this time she progressed into senior roles, ultimately leading the project delivery team for a large London fit out company, and is now an Independent Contract Consultant working in the London Fit Out market. Throughout her time in Construction, Chloe has faced and witnessed countless adversities for women at all levels and has committed herself to make positive change. Chloe is an active committee member of the National Association for Women in Construction, and volunteers her time to host and organise seminars, events and workshops for the Construction community in London, working alongside other industry bodies such as the RICS. She is recognised as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction by the CITB, and won the London and South East Local Hero Award at the National Federation of Builders Awards 2024.
