Sigra Sharma is a leader and change maker in the Energy sector with almost two decades of global experience. She has spearheaded and successfully delivered several complex projects in her line & function management roles with her expertise in Operations Management, Project Management, Sustainability, HSSE-Q, Change Management & Engineering. 

A pioneer in several DE&I initiatives within the sector, she has been a mentor with GWNET (Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition) since its inception. She is a founding member and profound contributor of the Women in Energy Sector conference in India, the first of its kind in the country.  She is also hoping to positively influence young minds towards exploring STEM by writing children’s stories.
